The property is located in a resort atop a hill and a 5 minute walk with get you to an award winning blue flag beach that is a stone throw away from an upmarket pub, chip shop, cafe, play area, bar and cafe. Perfect! The open plan living space boasts a cosy and relaxing seating area, with smart TV’s in both the lounge and master bedroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Ground Floor The ground floor is a light filled spacious area with an open plan living and dining area. The french doors at the front of the property can be opened to allow a free flowing indoor outdoor space to the decking outdoor area. Kitchen: fully equipped with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Separate WC on the ground floor. First Floor Bedroom 1 - With kingsize bed with Smart TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. The master bedroom also has a lovely balcony that overlooks the valley area and is a lovely space to have your morning coffee. Bedroom 2 - With comfortable twin beds.
