☞Tincroft Cottage is the perfect place to enjoy all the perks of Cornwall, while in a contemporary, stylish setting. ☞Designed to be a functioning yet luxury space, it has been created with everything you could need to have a restful stay in the village. ☞The Property rests atop a hill in a quiet resort that is a few minutes' walk from a blue flag beach, where you can catch a gorgeous vegan bite to eat or enjoy a drink at the bar. **Due to our luxury status, we do not allow pets** ➛Beautifully designed by an interior stylist, Tincroft Cottage is the perfect balance between style and practicality. ➛The decor of the space gives a nod to the Cornish atmosphere with driftwood, rope, and the use of whitewash but is ultimately designed to be chic and trendy. ➛With the addition of modern technology and quiet spaces to read and relax, the place is perfect for all that you would want from a break. - You get all of the space to enjoy, from the outdoor seating area on the porch to the upstairs breakfast balcony (or the wine balcony as we like to call it!) - There is a little outdoor storage space at the back perfect for placing scooters, bikes, and surf boards out of the way. - You are able to BBQ on the porch area and use the outdoor dining area to enjoy your food. (You will need to bring your own disposable BBQ!) ✔We have a brilliant management team that is on hand should you need anything. ✔Guest staying longer than a week can request a top-up clean (chargeable). ☛The neighbourhood is a beautiful Cornish village that is the perfect place to rest and recoup away from the hustle of larger cities. ☛However, it is only 20 minutes drive from Newquay and St Ives should you fancy a wander. ☛Nearby there are many things to do for the family. Alongside the natural activities such as surfing and coastal walks, there is a yoga studio in the village, pubs, cafes, beach shops, and a 5-minute drive brings you to biking centres and trails along with the Cornish cycle route. ☛Check out my website!
